If Your Washing Machine Isn’t Clean,
How Clean Can Your Laundry Be?

Keeping your laundry clean can be a hassle. However, to make sure your laundry is
clean, thorough cleaning of your washing machine is necessary.

Check out our 20-step S.O.P. to keeping your washing machine clean:

The customer logs on to WonderKlean website or CUCKOO E-Brandstore to make a service appointment

Our service team will call the customer a day prior to confirm the appointment

The customer will receive an SMS notification upon our service personnel’s arrival

Our service personnel will greet the customer. Then, they will wash and sanitise their hands

Our service personnel will identify a suitable space to service and check the machine’s condition

Our service personnel will then explain and reconfirm the service

Service tools and cleaning agents will be laid out

The pulsator, top cover, drum, drum filter and detergent tray will be removed

A photo of the drum will be taken

Our service personnel will proceed to brush and wash the inner tub

Our service personnel will also snow wash the drum, pulsator, detergent tray and drum filter

And repeat once more by using a pressure washer

Another photo will be taken after the drum is cleaned

Then, the outside of the drum and other smaller components will be steam sterilised

Our service personnel will then reinstall the drum and the pulsator

The inner drum will be steam sterilised and the top cover will be shut for 3 minutes

Our service personnel will then check the machine's condition and functionality

Once the machine has been fully checked, our service personnel will start cleaning and wiping the machine

Our service personnel will do one final round of checking before the customer signs to acknowledge the completion of service

The customer will receive an email of the before-and-after report
